He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Walsh (Patrick) and Paul Scolan; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicole, Laura, Matt and Sara; his siblings, Susan Shinkus (Ken) and Thomas Scolan (Terry); and his brother-in-law Nicholas Hofer (Lee). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
