He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Chirillo and Thomas Chirillo; and his siblings, Beverly Welsh, Gerald, Robert, Jimmy and Richard Welsh.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Chirillo (Gina) and Traci LeBlanc (David); his grandchildren, Lily, Autumn and Seth; his siblings, Joyce Tiemann, Judy Hogan, Kathleen, Gary Martel, Patricia and Peter Glikis; and his wife Sarah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It was not uncommon for him to pay other's bills, work and not charge, or send excessive monthly donations to children's hospitals.
