He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Carter and Ethelda Carter (Armstrong); and his sister Sally Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Janice Kohler and Brad Carter (Carla); and his grandchildren, Alicia Kohler, Melissa Carter and Benjamin Carter.
