We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2020, Samuel Kofron of Evergreen Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine A. Kofron; and his parents, Anna Hanley and Peter Hanley. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Anderson (Herb), Anne Marie Prendergast, Sandy Blair (John) and Gene Becker (Pam).
Due to the unfortunate circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and for the safety of the family and community, a private Funeral Service to celebrate Sam's life will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 11:00 a. m. at Colonial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Brookfield Zoo's Annual Fund c/o Chicago Zoological Society, Brookfield Zoo, 3300 Golf Rd., Brookfield, IL 60513 are appreciated.
