He was predeceased by: his brothers, Frank, Chester, William and Theodore Olejniczak; and his parents, Edward Olejniczak and Elsie Olejniczak.

He is survived by: his wife Carol A.; his children, Stacy Schanck, Phil (Elizabeth) and Marc Olejniczak; his grandchildren, Jason, Phillip, Joshua, Jeremy, Jennifer, Gabriel, Katelyn and Rachael; his great grandchild Carter; and his brother Edward (Anita).
