Smiley; his parents-in-law, Donald and Cindy Bethell; his brother-in-law Jay Bethell (Liz); his nieces and nephews, Audrey, Alexis, Julia Phelan, Alyssa Chavez, Stephanie Cermak (John), Zachary Denny (Ashley), Samantha Denny, Mitchell (Jess Jude), Caitlin, Gabriella Strand, Michael, Matthew Van Vossen (Rachel), Lilla and William Bethell; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah Cermak, Lucas, Nathan Denny, Zachary, Mackenzie, Riley and Remington Van Vossen; his godchildren, Joseph Gustin, Alexis Phelan and Brooke Boster; and his children, Brandy, Belle, Watson, Toby, Charlotte and Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, Monetary donations may be sent to Kari Smiley to be used for his Daughter Ashley's college tuition fund.
