We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2020, at the age of 73, Patricia A. De Valk (Evergreen Park, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Hall and Alice Hall; her child Erin Eustaquio (Cal Joseph); and her sister Mary (Dennis). She is survived by: her son John De Valk (Mary); her grandchildren, Kevin and Molly De Valk; and her siblings, Michael C. Hall (Barbara) and Hara.
