He is survived by: his children, Michelle Seren (John) and Mary Kudia; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Joshua, Ethan, Sean, Justin and Emily; and his siblings, Carol Forlenza (Jerry) and Jim Kudia (Marlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
