She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William C. McRoy; her children, Chandra McRoy-Davis (Andrew), LaJuana McRoy-Hawkins (Gregory), Zenobia McRoy-Thomas (Eric Sr.) and Cherished; her grandchildren, Andrew Davis Jr., Andrea Davis, Gregory Hawkins, Aaron Davis, Juanita Hawkins, Eric Thomas, Chaz Thomas and Proud; her great grandchildren, Amaya Davis, Leah Stewart, Hailey Stewart, Chasity Thomas, Amari Watson and Kind; her parents, Walter Stanton and Latosca Stanton; and her siblings, Melvin Stanton (Maggie), Walter Stanton (Mary), Zenophon Stanton (Rose) and Fond. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
