She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacia Alcantar and Jesus Alcantar; her husband Joseph Henry Rizzi; her children, Joseph V. Rizzi and Donna Lopez (Jose); and her siblings, Jerome Alcantar, Frank Alcantar, Isabel Sencion, Martin Alcantar, Ophelia Alcantar, Teresa Alcantar, Jesus Alcantar and Joseph Alcantar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Surman (George), Anna Rivera (Santos) and Nancy Guerrero (Gilbert); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, George Jr., Victoria, Katherine, Melinda, Salina, Sarah, Christina, Amanda, Neil, Angel, Joseph, Richard and Rachel. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Ridge Funeral Home will adhere to current COVID restrictions in the state of Illinois, which allows 50 or fewer guests at a time. Proper social distancing must be practiced and all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times.
