He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Jeffrey O'Neal (Wendy). He is survived by: his spouse Grisel; his children, Frederick William III (Jenetta), Charles, Kenneth, Kirsten I. and Julian A. O'Neal; and his siblings, Jerry and Jarred Dexter (Melanie). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
