It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugenia R. Borbely of Evergreen Park, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Eugenia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Eugenia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Trotta and Rosella Abbott (late Arthur); her husband Mark S. Borbely; and her siblings, Thomas Trotta Sr. (MaryEllen) and Michael Trotta.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Kirchman (Steve); and her grandchildren, Madelynn and Konnor Kirchman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
