She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Starshak; her son John, Jr.; and her siblings, Dolores Smit and Matthew Lazaric. She is survived by: her children, Robert, Kathryn Smigleski (Richard), Marguerite Cacciatore (PeWe), David (Jean), Jeanne Moore (Daniel), Peter, Michael and Mary Jo; and her brother Raymond Lazaric. She is also survived by 14 loving great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
