He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth E.. He is survived by: his children, Dale (Luann) and David Purdy; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Underwood (Mathew), David (Mary) and Paul Purdy (Jessie); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan Purdy, Ignatius and Gertrude Underwood.
