He is survived by: his daughter Jana Creamer Walsh (Jason); his brother Wayne Phegley Godfrey (Elaine); his grandchildren, Jaclyn, Jadon, Janson Creamer and Kala Tatum; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Frazier and Arianna Tatum.
