With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John D Spanley of Evansville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Spanley and Ruth Spanley; and his sister Shirley Mueth. He is survived by: his wife Rita Spanley; his sons, John J. Spanley (Jackie Morgan) and Jason Spanley (Shay Valleroy); his granddaughters, Madison, Olivia, Jenna and Jordyn; his sister Rosie Taylor (Don); and his brother-in-law Paul Mueth.
Memorials may be made in John's memory to the Knights of Columbus #1952 in Evansville or Hospice of Southern Illinois and donations are being accepted at Pechacek Funeral Homes.
