He was predeceased by: his wife Betty M. Fukuda; his sibling Kozo Fukuda; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Abe (Stanley), Dr. Henry Kawanaga (JoAnn), Gladys Fujiwara (John) and Millie.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Ruggirello (Gaspare); his grandchildren, Anne, Allison and Jennifer Ruggirello; his sibling Fumiko; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Terada (late Masami), Jane Kurakazu (late Jerry) and Josephine Takaki (Melvin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
