She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Van Horn and Violet Van Horn (Athey); her brothers, David and Harold Van Horn; and also Rebecca.
She is survived by: her husband Jon Wachs; her sons, Michael of Niles, IL and Andrew (Robin Wachs) of Evanston, IL; her sisters-in-law, Janice Van Horn of Ashwaubenon, WI and Vickie Van Horn of Evans, GA.; her nieces, Sharon Sannes (Gordon Sannes), Lisa Perrizo (Van Horn) and Wendy Duerr (Al Duerr); her nephew Brian Van Horn; and also, Kate Greenquist and Emil Stanislawski of Belleview, WA. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Woodside Senior Communities Memory Care Program, Ashwaubenon, WI and Unity Hospice, De Pere WI are suggested.
