She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Bonchek and Ednamae Bonchek; and her siblings, John Bonchek and Janet Distad. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Adkins; her children, Paula Morris (Michael), Penny Myers-Prince (Mark), Jeffrey Welsher-Myers and Madden Myers; her siblings, Donnamae Landgraf and Robert Bonchek; and her grandchildren, Mary Myers, Jonathan Morris (Lexi) and Nicholas Morris (Autumn Klase).
