She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Harry Brooks), Thomas (Janet Rundquist) and Carolyn; her grandchildren, Frederick Brooks, Bonnie Brooks, Patrick Quinn (Nicole Martinez Moreno) and Emmy Quinn; and her great grandchild Elena Quinn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60601.
