She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. O'Neil, MD and Rose Joyce O'Neil; and her brother William E. O'Neil, Jr.. She is survived by: her friends, Pamela, Peter Russell, John and Mary Lee Calihan.
Due to the Coronavirus, the funeral will be private with internment immediately following at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston.
