He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Lydia; his brother Robert Bauer; and his mother-in-law Jacqueline Rose Newman. He is survived by: his wife Kathlyn; and his daughters, Mary C. Bauer and Sara J. Bauer of Evanston, IL.. He is also survived by many brother- in- laws, sister- in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
