We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 89, Maryann Alice Downer in Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Clark and Carrie Louise Dickson (Wilson); her husband Marion Downer (Mon); her son-in-law Mark King; her grandson Nathan King; and her friend Rev. Michael Danner.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Downer, Michele King Shedd (Michael), Michael Downer, Marcia Bieber (Perry), Matthew Downer (Chris), Marguerite Downer and Marilyn Hartwell (Michael). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Corewell Health Hospice.
