He is survived by: his close friend Louis (Super Bowl); his mother Lorraine Marks; his brothers, Douglas Slotkin (Susan) and Steven Slotkin (Elisabeth); his stepmother Edie Slotkin; his nephew Sam; his nieces, Mira and Melanie Slotkin; his uncles, Stanley (Sharon Marks), Curtis (Carole Slotkin) and Todd (Judy Slotkin); his aunt Pamela Slotkin; his cousins, Lyndee Berkley, Ashley Marks, Elissa, Keith, Daniel, Matthew, William, Thomas and Peter Slotkin; his great-nephew Xander; and his stepsiblings, Jim Mitthenthal (Elyse), Bob Mittenthal (Hilarie) and Jan Rosen (David).
