She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne D. Staley and Catherine White; and her husband William Newcomb (Bill). She is survived by: her brother Robert Staley of Phoenix, AZ; and her children, Kirk Jeffery (Susan) of Washington, DC, Julia Jeffery Lund of Charlotte, NC, Eric Nichols (Heather Gillette) of Califon, NJ and Jennifer Nichols Day (David Deromedi) of Ann Arbor, MI. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at 8919 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210.
