He was predeceased by: his parents, Elie Solages and Emilienne Solages (Dure); and his brother Wilfrid Solages. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his children, Andy Solages (LeChez) of Frederick, MD, Dr. Martine Solages of Silver Spring, MD and Gregory Solages of Piscataway; his grandchildren, Yasmene and Xavier Solages of Frederick, MD.; his brothers, Emile Solages of Port and Micius Solages (Therese) of Spring Valley, NY; his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Donna Solages, Marie, Ted Sparks, Dr. Anthony, Dr. Florence Solages, Ronald, Anderson and Elizabeth Solages; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney, Jordyn, Isabelle, Monica, Kimberly, Nicholas and Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph, Margot Jules, Paulette, Madeleine, Julienne, Gladys Jules and Denise Solages. He is also survived by his siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gustafson Home For Funerals (2425 Plainfield Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (149 S Plainfield Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080). A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:45 AM.
