He is survived by: his brother Len; his wife Mary Ellen Gornick; his children, Jessica Sandstrom (Scott Schiller) and Matt Putnick (Toni Zaccagnino); his grandchildren, Ave Sandstrom, Lily Sandstrom, Kai Sandstrom and Jolie Putnick; his brother Leonard Putnick (Joan); his siblings-in-law, Margaret Putnick (late Frank), Anne Claire Colantuono (Danny), Margaret Gornick, Frank Gornick (Gloria) and James Gornick (Patti); and his nieces and nephews, Mary Therese Friel (John), Melanie, Tom Dilullo, Frank Putnick (Kathy), Marybeth Putnick, Sara Blair (Jeff), Dominic Colantuono (Sharon), Daniel Colantuono (Denise), David Colantuono (Marisa), Chad Jones (Evett), Frankie Gornick, Anita Izzo (Joe), Victoria Gornick, Christina Gornick, Gina Santoro (Larry), Jim Gornick and Joanna Erickson (Casey).
