He is survived by: his wife Louise Connell Mills; his children, Carolyn McHugh (Jack), Jim Mills (Jennifer) and Jennifer Trerotola (Mark); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Jeffrey, Bradley McHugh, Clay, Bridget Mills and Zoe Trerotola.
