John Patrick Sullivan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Patrick Sullivan (Evanston, Illinois), who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Monica and Terry; his brother James Sullivan (Kate); and his cousins, Michael Matysik (Marilia), Mark Matysik (Peg), Meg Andree (John), Daniel Matysik (Angie) and Peggy Anderson (Jens).

Funeral Mass: 11:00 am, Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks will be required and please be vaccinated if you are planning to attend.
