She is survived by: her children, Rick Planos, Penny Achim (Michael) and Judy Planos (Suzanne Lee); her grandchildren, Jessica Sirizzotti (Francis), Joshua Planos (Brittany), Connor Achim and Caleigh Achim; and her child Evanston.
