It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Kevin Lockas in Evanston, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Lockas and Virgene Lockas (Outman); his wife Shannon Lockas; his sons, Drew Lockas (Kaitlyn) and Payton Lockas; his siblings, Duane Lockas (Cindy) and Dorene Gilbert (Jeff); his parents-in-law, Frank and Sue Hanley (Vignali); his brother-in-law Shawn Hanley (Alais); and his nieces and nephews, Brett Lockas (Amanda), Kassie McConville (Drew), Elizabeth Gilbert (Lucas), Rebecca Themig (Joe), Fielding Lockas (Bree), Maeve, Declan, Ayla and Fia Hanley. He is also survived by several cousins and 4 great-nieces and nephews.
