He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Groves (Nelson) and Claude D. Groves, Sr.; his sister Rebecca Groves; and his former wife Karen Groves (Best). He is survived by: his former wife Janet Miller (Long); his stepchildren, Tonya Parravano (Andrew) and Andrew Miller; his grandchildren, Emma Marsh (Matt), Brendan Parravano (Jen), Rosalie Miller and Blaise Miller; his great grandchild Reagan Marsh; and his great-niece Sarah Morley. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
