We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2020, at the age of 103, Charles Edward Compton in Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don M. Compton and Wilda Woodruff Compton; his wife Barbara; and his brothers, Richard and Gail Compton. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven Great-grandchildren.
