We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Betty M. (Peak) Skaggs of Evanston, Illinois, born in Grinnell, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. Peak and Sarah Hawthorne Peak; her husband Robert Skaggs; and her brothers, James and H. Robert Peak.
She is survived by: her son Robert C. Skaggs, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Skaggs; her grandchildren, Stefanie Skaggs and Dana Skaggs; and also Vickie Lee of Alum Creek, WV.. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, as well as her extended families.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be directed to HospiceCare, Charleston, WV, or Village Chapel Presbyterian Church, Charleston, WV.
