She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Phillips, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Susanne Phillips Keeley (William); her grandchildren, Lauren and James Keeley; her sister Madelyn Herndon; and her nieces, Eleanor Munson, Margaret Herndon and Emily Herndon.
