Velma Stout Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Stout of Eureka, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hoskins and Goldie Hoskins (Essex); her husband John G. "Jack" Stout; her daughter Karen Stout; and her siblings, Phillip Hoskins and Tricia Hoskins.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Stout (Kelley) of Peoria, Brian Stout of San Francisco, Calif. and Janine Oltjen of Lawrence, Kan.; her grandchildren, Natalie (Jason), Garrett and Haley; and her siblings, Charles Hoskins of Peoria, Roger Hoskins (Ella) of Peoria, Pauline Barboutis of Bettendorf and Paula Allison of Quincy, Ill.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Morton United Methodist Church in Morton.
