It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymus Tate of Eureka, Illinois, born in Bluford, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Roy and Dollie Shields Tate; his spouse Glennis F. Young; his brother Dennis; his children, Carolyn Williamson (Terry) of Germantown Hills, IL, LeeAnn Tate-Rudy (Dan) of Metamora, IL and Roger N. Tate of Eureka, IL; and his sister Shirley Barnes of Washington, IL. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
