He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Sullivan; his children, Brian Jacobs of Normal, IL, Riana Jacobs (Bradley Bustle) of East Peoria, IL and Seth Griepentrog of Eureka, IL.; his mother Linda Griepentrog of Gleneden Beach, OR; and his brothers, Keith Griepentrog (Linda) of Gleneden Beach, OR and Ken Griepentrog of Englewood, CO..
