He is survived by: his wife Goldie of Eureka; his grandchildren, Andrew Bill (Amy), Caleb Bill, Brandon Bill, Erin Bill, Danielle Bill and Alex Bill; and his great grandchildren, Lily Mae Bill and Max Bill.
