He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chapman and Erma Chapman (Graves); his wife Janet R. Bills; and his brother Rex Chapman. He is survived by: his children, Charles Chapman (Carol) of Port Charlotte, FL, Evelyn Riehl (Dennis) of Washington, IL and Leonard Chapman of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Erik Chapman, Ryan Chapman (Rachael), Nathaniel Riehl (Kristina) and William Chapman (Cassie). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Salvation Army or the Disabled American Veterans.
