He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobe Burton and Ruth Frances Burton; his wife Helen Burton; and his son Billy Gene Burton. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel L. Burton of Gardner, IL, Ed Burton of Essex and Donny Burton (Brenda) of Dwight; his sister Dorothy Lugibill of Williamsville, IL; and his brother-in-law Cecil Ott of Lincoln, IL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
