She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Horn; and her grandparents, Paul, Mildred Armstrong, Henry and Elizabeth Horn.
She is survived by: her mother Marlene Horn (Armstrong); her siblings, Lawanda Maierhofer (Bruce), Michele Tupper (Mike), Bill Horn (Nancy Minton), Gregory Horn and Jeffrey Horn; her nieces and nephews, Mary Anderson (Nate), Mike Horn (Natalie), Jake Wigent and Megan Horn; her great-niece Lily; and her great-nephew Brady Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the R. W. Patterson Funeral Home (401 E Main St, Braidwood, IL 60408). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be directed to Zion Lutheran Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Uplifted Care of Kankakee, or the Betty Birch Bridgewater Center.
