He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. "Moon" Dillin and Elsie V. Dillin (Quade); his wife Bobbie; his brother John; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Dillin; his niece Sandy Duncan (Dillin); his nephew Matthew Dillin; and his grandson Nathan Snyder.
He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Dillin of Erie, IL, Jody Dillin of Erie, IL, Jill Snyder (Dan) of Colona, IL and Shelly Schroeder (Curt) of Morrison, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erie Christian Church (715 6th Ave, Erie, IL 61250). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
