She is survived by: her parents, Scott Hammer and Meredith "Meri" Hammer (Lohse) of Erie; her brother Josh Hammer (Erie); her grandparents, Tom Hammer of Erie and Vicki Hammer of Erie; her aunts and uncles, Sheri Melton (Scott), Kristi Packer (Rusty), Ronald Lohse (Joy), Stavanger, Jana Clancy (Rick) of Bradford, IL and Chris Lohse of East Moline, IL; and her caregivers, Jenelle Given and Bonnie Given.
