She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kennedy and Elinor Kennedy (Boyer). She is survived by: her children, Randall Pratt of Erie, Kenneth Pratt (Sara) of Dundas, MN, Sherrie Verkruysse (Marty), Kelly Nitz (Mark) of Erie and Cathleen Vegter (Rob) of Morrison, IL; her daughter-in-law Brenda Wainwright (Bill) of Port Byron, IL; her siblings, Wayne Kennedy (Pat), Gary Kennedy (Denise), Ralph Kennedy, Dale Kennedy (Bonny), Steve Kennedy (Susie), Joyce Robbins, Janet Price (Guy) and Beverly Decker; her cousin Tom Sullivan; her husband Bill; her son James Pratt; and her sister Shirley Armstrong. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gibson - Bode Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd. - Erie (616 Main St, Erie, IL 61250). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (820 5th Ave, Erie, IL 61250).
Memorials may be made to St. Ambrose Church.
