With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lori J. Temple-Lacy of Erie, Illinois, born in Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Keag and Dorothy Heinsen (Egert); and her stepfather Ray Heinsen. She is survived by: her husband Joel Lacy; her son Don Temple (Erie); her brothers, Larry (Teresa Keag) and Erie; and her close friends, Jeri Misfeldt, Rhonda Young, Kris McCarter and Susan Majeski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
