Judith touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Strausser and Harrietta Strausser (Haack); her husband DuLane "Scotty" Scott; and her siblings, Linda Barrett and Ron Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ty Anne Keegan of Silvis, IL, Teri Richardson (Craig) of Bettendorf, IA, Tammy Albracht (Greg) of LeClaire, IA and Randy Vance (Teresa) of Waverly, IA; her stepchildren, Lane, Lisa and Michelle; and her brothers, Dennis Smith and John Conklin (Peggy). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
