He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Evans and Fern Evans (Higgins); his son Thomas Evans; and his sister Clara Buchannan. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Wisdom; his children, Mark Evans, East Moline, Marty Evans (Michelle), Erie, Shirley Jean Evans and Hillsdale; and his siblings, Arthur "Butch" Evans (Sherri), Patricia Rohs of Rapids City, IL and Phyllis Kraklow of Rapids City, IL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
