She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard A. Church and Neva P. Church (Shuler); her husband Bob; and her son-in-law David Minge. She is survived by: her children, Coral Minge of Erie, IL, Carmen (Tim), Crystal (Jim) and Kim Dollieslager (Tom) of Erie, IL; her siblings, Ronnie Church (Mary) of Tampico, IL and Paula Baker of Chadwick, IL; and her granddaughter Kortney Douglas (Michael). She is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Haven Christian Children's Center in Montana, or the Erie Ambulance Service.
