It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Teresa McCormick of Erie, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glenn McConnell and Mildred McConnell (Dillon); her husband Fred McCormick; her children, Michael McCormick (Teresa) of Queen Creek, AZ, Kerry McCormick, Shane McCormick (Patti) and Brett McCormick (Melissa); her siblings, Kathy Baltzell (Jan) of Largo, FL and Rick McConnell of Colona, IL.; her son Shaun McCormick; and her sister Donna Dobrinske. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
